Our Vision
We See A Community Of People Who Care Deeply For One Another
We see a church, a body of believers who are encouraged by Father God to love Him, and one another. I see God encouraging us to use our gifts, talents, and treasures to reach the unchurched with God’s love. I see a large church with a larger heart, to serve on multiple campuses and spread God’s love.
We see a church being equipped with the Word of God, and the teachings of our Lord Jesus Christ.
We see a church, a discipled and educated body of Christ that will help; educate their family, peers, and the unchurched with the Word of God.
We see a church, believers who are empowered by the Holy Spirit. Empowering communities, cities, states, and nations; through signs, healing, miracles, dreams, and visions, all being led by the Holy Spirit.
Get to Know Our Leadership
In May 2015, Sheldon and Naomi Brown started Cause of Christ church with an outreach in the John Landes neighborhood. Each week more and more people were responding to the Gospel and accepting Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. We had our first Saturday service on May 30, 2015 and continue to serve and reach our city today.
God inspired us to move forward with this ministry due to an overwhelming need for the Gospel to be shared and taught to the unchurched in our community.
We are committed to encouraging the body of Christ to take a stand for Christ alone as we continue towards the vision God has given us. We hope not only to see a neighborhood changed, but the city of Oceanside transformed by the love of Jesus.
